The Seattle Metals Guild is a non-profit for people with varied interests and involvement in traditional and contemporary jewelry and metal arts.

They are hosting the Thirteenth Annual Pacific Northwest Jewelry and Metals Symposium: Saturday, October 18, 2008.

This year’s line up of speakers will feature:

Fred Fenster, Sun Prairie, WI – Contemporary Pewter
Susie Ganch, Richmond, VA – Bits and Pieces
Gary Griffin, El Rito, NM – A Metalsmith’s Life in Art and Teaching
Kristin Mitsu Shiga, Portland, OR – Inspired by Actual Events

There will also be several workshops associated with the
