I’m in West Virginia at an artist residency and have some photos to share! There are lots of terrific old stone barns with wonderful rusted steel roofs, but the roads are so narrow I usually can’t pull over to get a picture. This stone building, in the photo above, is of a little stone out building of some kind at the “Poor Farm,” I’ll have to do some research to learn more about that.
Daily walks around the grounds here at the residency yield lots of wonderful images, old equipment and moss in more colors than we have back home.
This was so lovely in real life that I wish I were a better photographer and had better captured the colors.
That’s it for now! How about you? Any inspirational travel photos to share? Share a link in the comments!
