Brynmorgan Press announces the publication of a book that the jewelry world really needs, written by the perfect person to write it.

Christine has been blogging at since 2008 and was a speaker at the 2017 Chicago Responsible Jewelry Conference, where her commitment to dramatically reducing the impact of jewelry making on the earth was in evidence.

She also developed the curriculum for the first “green” jewelry class taught at the Revere Academy in San Francisco in 2008.

I attended the Chicago Responsible Jewelry Conference in October 2017 and while the information was really top notch, it was also clear that there was no handbook for trying to work this way, for either new metalsmiths or experienced metalsmiths wanting to change their practices.

It’s so terrific that there’s now a manual, and kudos to Brynmorgen Press for making it a reality!

See the book here, and view sample pages. Available in paperback or Kindle.
