That's a very good idea. I hadn't considered a digital picture frame as a simple way to carry a portfolio around.

To prop up something like that at one's booth is pretty neat idea -I've seen it in use at juried art shows.

Additionally, I've just invested in the Apple iTouch -it's absolutely incredible. While it's been touted as a hybrid between the iPod and iPhone, I have found it to be a fabulous little portable tool for one's portfolio. One can create folders to separate types of work done.

You'll have to visit <a href="http://ecstewart.blogspot.com/2007/12/surprise-itouch-imarket-iconnect.html" rel="nofollow">CreativeGoddess</a> to see a pod cast on how to use by Natasha Westcoat -you'll want one for yourself pronto!!

Very cool idea!

This will be my first year on the show/fair scene, and I've determined that this is a must-do. It's definitely one of those things that might make people pause long enough for you to hook them and try to start a conversation with them.

I had been hinting for a laptop to show my work. So, this xmas I received a small MP3 player that will show images. Pretty neat. Screen is only 1.5"x2." but it allows you to whip it out and show pictures of your work to people. Then when no one is around, I can listen to music or radio.

I had the same idea but there is another kind on the market that is about the size of an ipod, it's advertised on TV for 19.95, so I getting one of those to keep with me. I'd only use a larger one at a show for jewelry designs already sold and I intended on making more. I only do one-of-a-kind so it gives perspective on what I can do and have done.
PS I got the idea from my husband who bought a camera/digital frame for one of our step-granddaughters.
