		<description>I asked myself those questions before building and customizing a blog into my web site.  Who would want to read it?  Would there be any benefit?  Would it take too much of my time?  

For me, the reason I settled on the decision to go ahead with the blog is that it is a place where I can talk more about what went into a particular design -- the inspiration, the process, etc. More so than I would do in the descriptions of the finished pieces in my main web site.  I'm doing the blog mostly for those who are interested in knowing the story behind a one-of-a-kind art jewelry piece, but also as a chance to preview what designs are on the way.  

I'll also be posting information about proper jewelry care and storage, and whatever other helpful hints I think of along the way.</description>
