I haven’t tried these, but these little brass cutters with a poker to poke out the clay, look good. See them here: http://www.naturescapesstudio.com.

Elaine – I was totally blown away when I opened my email today and saw our clay punch on your post! I have been making and using these little gems for over 3 years now. I handed the manufacture of them over to my good friend and jewelry master, Karen Hamilton. Now I just package and sell them. Karen has taken the ball and created two sizes of the punch and also a square tube version…with the rumble of another shape coming in the future! The beauty of the original punch is the very small hole that can be made as a starter hole for jump rings. Plastic straws are just too big. The larger tubes make great pads for rolling into balls, or applying onto designs and also starter holes for gem-setting. The plunger helps to keep the tube cleaned out and also provides a means to stack and store the tubes when the stopper is attached to the end of the wire. I have my sets hanging above my work surface for quick access. I wouldn’t work without them now! I’d love to thank you with a set you can try out, so send me your address so I can mail them to you! Linda
Thanks Linda!
