Review: Making Metal Beads by Pauline Warg
This book has inventive, simple methods for making a variety of beads that don’t look simple. As with all Lark Books, it’s lavishly illustrated with color pictures. Gallery pictures are sprinkled throughout the book, instead of the back, which is nice.
Who this book is good for: anyone looking for ideas to make beads, obviously, but the book also contains some tips for production manufacturing and would be good for a metalsmith looking for a new challenge. And of course, some of the projects could also be made in metal clay.
