I wrote it in 1992 and have decided to give it away for free. The graphics are black and white, and the information is still good, solid information.

May I please have a copy of your e-book? I am learning as much as I possibly can by reading and researching everything that I’m able. Because of your kindness and others like you, it is making it possible for me to learn. I’m unable to leave and travel to classes due to an auto accident.
