And my apologies in advance for making you want a Silhouette Cameo cutting machine. But I can say that you can do a lot of things with it — make custom cards, vinyl wall art, stencils for silkscreening. You could use it to print and cut custom tags for your jewelry.
What do I use it for? I bought mine specifically to make stencils for working with metal clay and acrylic paint. I’m hoping to use it to cut plastic — so far the stencil plastic that I have is too thick, I’ll buy thinner plastic.
In the mean time, I realized I could just make my stencils out of card stock, which I did, and that works just fine.
My medals series works usually include some words, and making the stencils gives me an alternative to spelling the words out letter by letter. It also gives me the option of using a larger variety of fonts — including a my own handwriting font (I’m pretty sure I can import new fonts).

A good art, always looking great! I love to art, Because its give us lot of good idea for making to new art.
The pencil slot holds both a standard pencil and a fat primary pencil. The pencil tip does not need to be sharpened to a fine point. It also works with a fine tip felt marker.
Wanaree has given metal clay a big step in creativity, with using the Silhouette! The flood gates are open. I can’t wait to see how this all plays out in the next few years!
